Smart Tower Complex offers premium A+ office spaces and luxury residential apartments in the heart of Sofia. Perfectly positioned near Vitosha Mountain, the complex is also next to Sofia’s largest shopping mall, combining convenience, and business in one prime location.
Bostik's solution
Before the project started, a dedicated training session was conducted to ensure the team was fully prepared to use the BOSTIK Paneltack System, followed by regular site visits to maintain quality throughout construction.
The aluminum framework is carefully pretreated with BOSTIK Solvent 300, then coated with BOSTIK Prep G+ primer to enhance adhesion and create a clean black joint. The back of the ceramic panels is also pretreated with BOSTIK Cleaner I and primer. For secure and long-lasting installation, BOSTIK Foamtape and the hybrid adhesive BOSTIK Paneltack HM are applied, ensuring precision, durability, and perfect end results.

A solvent-based cleaner designed to remove grease, oil, and contaminants from surfaces prior to bonding. Ideal for preparing metals and non-porous substrates.
BOSTIK Prep G+ Primer
A high-performance primer that enhances adhesion on porous substrates. It ensures strong bonding when used with Bostik’s adhesive systems for ventilated facades.
BOSTIK Cleaner I
A surface cleaner specially formulated to remove dust, dirt, and light residues from non-porous materials. Essential for optimal adhesive performance.
BOSTIK Foamtape
A double-sided foam tape used to temporarily support cladding panels during adhesive curing. It also maintains the correct joint thickness for consistent application.
BOSTIK PanelTack HM
A high-modulus elastic adhesive for ventilated facade systems, offering strong initial tack and long-term durability. Suitable for bonding a wide range of cladding materials.
